Delivery

Usually we ship out you order (except Herbs Making Machine) at same day if the payment has been completed before 12:00pm (Pacific time).

Price Changes

Prices and shipping fees are subject to change without prior written notice.

Special Order

The Herbs Making Machine order will take 50~70 days to deliver. The deposit is required. Call for details.

Return Policy

1. You have 7-day inspection period after you recieve the merchandise. If you find any defect or damage, please report to us within 7 days and we will issue a RMA number. Once we issue a RMA number, customer must ship out the merchandise within 5 days.
2. Please put everythings back to the original box and write down the RMA No. beside the shipping label then send it back to us.
3. Customer is responsible the shipping charge to send it back and we are resposible the shipping charge to send replacement to customer.
4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will replace or refund.
5. The prior shipping charge is non-refundable.
6. Any merchandise return comes without a RMA number will be returned to sender.
